These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the affiliate program (“Affiliate Program”) offered by CryptoMoon (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before joining our Affiliate Program.

1.1. To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

1.2. By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.1. To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration form provided by the Company.

2.2. You must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.

2.3. Upon successful registration, you will receive a unique affiliate link that you can use to refer potential investors to our platform.

3.1. A qualified referral is defined as an individual who signs up and deposits a minimum of $40 into their account.

3.2. You will earn commissions based on the referral activities generated by your unique affiliate link, according to the following structure:

Level 1 (Direct Referrals): $4.00 for each qualified referral.
Level 2 (Second-Level Referrals): $3.00 for each qualified referral.
Level 3 (Third-Level Referrals): $2.00 for each qualified referral.
Level 4 (Fourth-Level Referrals): $1.00 for each qualified referral.
Level 5 (Fifth-Level Referrals): $0.50 for each qualified referral.
Level 6 (Sixth-Level Referrals): $0.25 for each qualified referral.

4.1. Affiliate commissions will be accumulated in your affiliate account.

4.2. The minimum payout threshold is $400. You must reach this threshold before requesting a payout.

4.3. Payouts will be processed within 7 days of your request.

4.4. 10 USDT will be charged for each withdrawal from your account.

5.1. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the affiliate system.

6.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

7.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to your participation in the Affiliate Program.

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any modifications that may be made from time to time.
